Can I order and pay for my order online?
Yes you may use the shopping cart feature in the upper right corner of the website to purchase your furniture using PayPal or Amazon Pay. If you are wanting to have your furniture stained you may select the color online as well. You are always welcomed to contact us directly with specific questions and place your order over the phone.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Discover, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express credit cards.
How does my furniture ship?
We ship our items semi-assembled with FedEx Ground. The standard semi-assembled Adirondack furniture will ship in a box that measures 36” X 22” X 11”. All fasteners are included along with instructions for assembly (see our assembly instructions on our “Support” page).
How much assembly is required?
Everything is pre-drilled ready to assemble. The seat section will be fully assembled and the back is fully assembled. It is a matter of attaching the front legs, the back, the back supports and the arms. It usually takes between 20 and 40 minutes depending on your skill level. Always follow the instructions and please contact us if you have any issues.
How long before I receive my furniture?
We usually ship within 3-5 business days from the time of your order. Transit time depends on the distance it travels, but usually no more than 5 working days within the 48 contiguous states.
What does a standard Adirondack weigh and what are the dimensions?
A Standard Adirondack chair weighs 45 lbs. The shipping weight including the packaging is 49 lbs. The assembled dimensions are: 38”H X 30”W X 36”D. It ships semi-assembled in a 36” X 22” X 11” box.
Are parts of chairs interchangeable if I have ordered more than one chair?
Yes. Every chair is made so parts from one chair will be interchangeable with parts from another chair.
What is the benefit of high density polyethylene or poly?
HDPE is resistant to weather, mold, mildew, rotting, and insects. Environmental friendliness: HDPE is non-leaching and non-permeable, meaning it doesn’t let moisture get into or near products. HDPE is UV resistant.
How much do you charge for shipping?
The shipping cost is an average of $58 for a package 36″ X 22″ X 11″ 49 lbs. The cost is included in the price of the chair. So you will not be charged any additional shipping cost at checkout.
